Family? I share my home with my dad, three younger siblings, cat, dog and two rats. I have a boyfriend who I've been seeing for about a year.

What do you do for a living? I am a student, with little more than a bicycle to my name.

What other hobbies do you enjoy participating in? Although I'm studying biology to get into wildlife conservation, my interests also include drawing/painting, hiking, running, swimming, paddling, gardening, playing Dungeons & Dragons and reading.

How long have you been writing fanfiction? About five years.

How did you get started writing it? Well, I read some and decided that it looked easy enough.

Which are your favorite characters to write about? Glorfindel (naturally), Erestor, Elladan and Elrohir, Elrond, Legolas, Celebrian, Eowyn, Aragorn...

What is your favorite genre/style, etc to write in? I've written both het and slash (even femslash), but for the most part, I write general. Most of my work is fairly short, though I have a few longer pieces as well. I don't like too much angst, but a little bit mixed with action/adventure is good. I also write a lot of humour and a little bit of horror.

What other fandoms besides LOTR have you written in? Gundam Wing, Weiss Kruez, Dragonlance, Discworld, Harry Potter

Do you write original fiction or poetry as well, either published or unpublished? Yes, short stories and loads of poetry, especially haiku.

What gives you the best inspiration for your stories (ie songs, other stories, seeing drawings/photomanipulations, watching the movies, reading the books, talking/chatting with others, etc)? All of the above, and sometimes others.
