Glorfindel looked over at his husband as Erestor undressed for bed.
There was not a moment went by that he didn't love looking at that
slender, gorgeous body. Not that he didn't love the mind attached
any less. In fact the whole package was just perfect.

They'd been together for over two centuries, but only wed less then
a decade. Some might think that they were uncertain of their
relationship to have waited for so long; but they had just been so
sure in their relationship that it hadn't seemed necessary. It had
surprised everyone when they decided to make it formal; for no other
reason than it had felt right.

But it simply had felt right and even now it continued to feel
right. Now Glorfindel had Erestor by his side forever and no one
would ever be able to change that.

Erestor caught him looking and sent him a shy smile. His husband's
timid nature had diminished over the years but never completely
faded. These days he'd learnt how to interpret the different bashful
smiles aimed his way.

This one said he was going to get lucky tonight. Glorfindel grinned
back and pounced.
